Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Quinoa will warm you right up!
Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Quinoa
Servings:
1 Protein
2 Vegetable
1 Starch
1 Nutritional Supplement
1 Fiber
Suitable for all Freedom meal plans only
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
1 serving Chicken Breast, Boneless and Skinless
½ cups Carrots, chopped into about ½ inch pieces
1 cup Celery, chopped into about ½ inch pieces
1 MWLC Creamy Tomato Soup Supplement
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 MWLC Chicken Bouillon Fiber Fulfill
8-12 oz. Water
1 serving Wishbone Fat Free Chunky Blue Cheese (optional)
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients (except the cooked Quinoa) to your slow cooker with 8 oz. of water and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Check periodically - if it’s too dry, add a few ounces of water.
Before serving, add the cooked Quinoa and stir. Serve while hot.
